At Daily Refreshh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition in which it was received

Non-Returnable Items

Because Daily Refreshh is a consumable food-grade product, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The safety seal has been broken.
  • The packaging has been opened.
  • The product has been used or consumed.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
